A product is only the beginning
A buyer rarely needs just a photograph and a unit price. You need to know which version you are buying, how it is packed, what can be customized and whether the order can arrive within your selling window. Our approach starts with those practical questions. A useful shortlist should make the next decision easier, not create another spreadsheet full of unanswered questions.
Why our name is Yiwu Toys
Our focus is the buying opportunity around Yiwu: bringing different products into a commercially workable range. A mixed toy order might combine a seasonal line, small gifts and evergreen play products. These products do not necessarily come from the same factory or even the same manufacturing region. We make the intended assortment the starting point, then organize the sourcing discussion around each product and supplier.
Breadth without losing the details
Our working selection library contains more than 2,000 distinct product references. It is a sourcing starting point, not a promise of ready stock. Availability, minimum quantities, colors and packing change by item. For the final quotation, we aim to identify the exact version and the information still needed, so a buyer can distinguish an attractive idea from an order-ready product.
Factory capability where it matters
We discuss production and customization at product level. A logo change, a new retail box and a new mold are different projects with different costs and approval steps. Where production information or factory documents are required, ask for evidence relevant to the supplier and item. A photograph of a production line should never replace an agreed specification.
A relationship that survives the second order
The first order establishes the agreed product, sample, packaging and inspection requirements. Reorders should refer back to that record. If the supplier, materials, version or carton pack changes, it needs to be raised before confirmation. This is the operating discipline we want buyers to associate with Yiwu Toys: clear references, explicit approvals and fewer assumptions between the first enquiry and the next purchase order.
Tell us how you buy
Share your destination market, sales channel, quantities and target shelf date. A wholesaler buying full cartons needs different information from a private-label retailer developing packaging. We use your brief to identify relevant questions before building the range. You do not need to select every SKU before starting.
