Use an approved reference
Keep the sample photographs, accessory list, operating setup and packing revision with the order. Identify which differences are acceptable and which require approval. A generic statement such as good quality gives an inspector little basis for a release decision.
Turn the activity into checkable points
For vehicles, review control pairing, movement and supplied power accessories. For bubble toys, record refill and startup conditions. For play sets, count parts and assemble the pictured activity. Inspection scope and sampling need agreement; one demonstration does not prove every retail pack is correct.
Match documents to the product
Review the exact item, material, intended age and destination requirements with the relevant records. Changes to components or materials may need further assessment. We do not apply a catalog-wide certified claim or treat a supplier-level document as approval for every toy.
Packing is part of the specification
Record the retail pack, internal protection, units per master carton, carton dimensions and gross weight. Identify barcode and carton-mark requirements. After packing, replace estimates with final information and reconcile the count against the intended shipment.
Make the release decision traceable
Agree who receives findings and who authorizes release. Record unresolved issues, corrective action and any recheck. At receipt, report an affected SKU, batch, quantity and supporting photographs so a discrepancy can be reviewed against the same approved reference.
