Turn quality into checkable points
Agree visible finish, included components, operation, packaging integrity and carton quantities. For powered toys, address the actual battery configuration and supplied accessories. Sample approval and pre-shipment inspection serve different purposes; define both where required.
Documents belong to a specific product
Request documents for the exact item, material and version under review. A supplier-level certificate does not automatically cover every product. We do not apply a blanket certified claim to the catalog. Destination requirements and independent testing need confirmation before purchase.
Packing affects the landed result
A retail box may need an outer carton, dividers or transit protection. Specify packing method, carton marks, barcode requirements and allowable substitutions. Ask for carton dimensions and weights, especially for lightweight but bulky toys.
Make release decisions explicit
Record inspection findings and agreed corrective action. Confirm which party authorizes release and retain relevant photographs and records. Delivery claims should identify item, batch, affected quantity and evidence so the issue can be reviewed against the agreed order.
