Information you send
The enquiry form collects your name, company, email, destination country, requirements and selected product quantities. When submitted, this information is sent to the sales team to respond and coordinate your requested quotation. An acknowledgement may be emailed to you. Do not send payment-card details or sensitive personal information in the enquiry.
Operational records
The server records enquiry and delivery information, together with technical data such as time, IP address and browser information for operation and abuse prevention. Website delivery and security providers process connection data. Enquiry information is used for handling the buying request and associated business records; it is not a public product submission.
Information on your device
The buying list is saved in this browser using local storage. Remove products from the list or clear site data in your browser to remove those selections. The form can restore previously stored enquiry drafts on this device. Clear form removes a stored draft; it does not delete an enquiry already sent to the sales team.
Email and WhatsApp
A mail link opens your email application. WhatsApp is opened only after you click a WhatsApp contact control, which requests the destination from this site. WhatsApp and your email provider then handle the communication under their own terms. Contact links do not make your message public on the catalog.
Questions and data requests
Contact [email protected] about an enquiry record, correction or deletion request. Identify the email address and approximate enquiry date so the relevant record can be located. Any commercial contract identifies the contracting party; this notice does not replace the terms of that agreement.
